Terms for justrunning.com

1. GSi Events Ltd reserves the right to Approve or Decline applications for justrunning partner status at their own discretion. 
2. To be deemed a justrunning partner of GSi Events Ltd, you must have had an application approved and then have an active justrunning account with a positive credit balance. 
3. A new justrunning partner must purchase a minimum of 100 justrunning credits within 30 days of setting up an account or the account will be automatically closed.
4. All new users must attend a justrunning certification within the first 30 days of activation.
5. GSi Events Ltd reserves the right to close the account of any justrunning partner if the terms and conditions of partner status are not adhered to.
6. Justrunning credits  become available to use on your justrunning partner account only when payment has been received, your account will then be activated, you will be notified and you will be able to administer runner entries.
7. If justrunning credits are paid for using a credit or debit card, the justrunning credits will become available instantly, meaning you can administer runner entries immediately.
8. Should GSi Events Ltd launch a new event, a justrunning partner will be notified.

1. Invoices for justrunning credits must be settled within 30 days. Please note that failure to pay within this timeframe will result in the loss of any bonus justrunning credits included as part of any purchase where applicable. 
2. A justrunning partner invoice will be sent via email and can also be viewed online in the finance section of the justrunning account
3. Justrunning  credit purchases made using a credit or debit card are processed immediately but please note there will be an additional surcharge of 3% on any credit card transaction. We also accept UK cheques (made payable to GSi Events Ltd) and BACs payments. Please be advised that a £15 charge will be made for any returned cheques to cover our bank charges and administration expenses.
4. No sums paid to GSi Events Ltd by a justrunning partner shall be treated as paid until after the funds have cleared
5. A justrunning partner is not able to send a justrunning entry for any race unless there are enough credits to cover the cost.
6. If a justrunning partner has an overdue invoice on their account, credits for any new credit purchases will not be available for use until the overdue invoice is paid in full.
7. Justrunning credits  are automatically deducted from the justrunning account balance when an entry is either ‘sent’ or ‘approved’.
8. GSi Events Ltd also reserve the right to freeze a justrunning partner account and remove any entries for which the cost has been covered using justrunning credits that are the subject of the non-payment
9. GSi Events Ltd. reserves the right to increase the justrunning credit cost of entries per race on an annual basis.  
10. Justrunning credits can only be purchased in quantities specified by GSi Events Ltd and GSi Events Ltd reserve the right to change these quantities at any time.
11. Justrunning credits will be applied instantly to a justrunning account going forward once payment on the first initial credit invoice has been received.
12. Unused justrunning credits are non-refundable, do not expire and can be used in any Event across any given year.
13. If a justrunning partner account reaches a 0 Credit balance, the account will remain active unless a specific request to close the account is received via the 'contact' form within a justrunning partner account.
14. In the unlikely circumstance that an Event is cancelled in its entirety (i.e not delayed or rescheduled) then justrunning credits purchased and allocated by the justrunning partner will be refunded in full.
15. 10% of the initial credit purchase of a 'referral' account will be added as a bonus automatically to your account when the referral account raises the first justrunning invoice if you made the referral directly from your justrunning account. 
16. If a credit invoice remains unpaid 90 days after the date of issue, the justrunning account will be closed with immediate effect. GSi Events will remove any entries for which the cost has been covered using justrunning credits that are the subject of the non-payment. Any credits remaining on the justrunning account at the point of closure are non-refundable. 

1. GSi Events Ltd will deduct a 1 credit account management fee from the justrunning partner balance on the first day of each month. In the case of a new justrunning partner the management fee will be deducted on the first day of the following month.
2. GSi Events Ltd reserves the right to change the amount and the frequency of collection of the account management fee.
3. GSi Events Ltd will give the justrunning partner advance notice of any changes to the account management fee.

1. GSi Events Ltd will not pass any information about the justrunning partner account to any third party.
2. GSi Events Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the terms & conditions at any time and the justrunning partner will be informed of any changes.
3. A justrunning account cannot be transferred to another organisation
4. If you wish to close a justrunning account please use the contact form in the Q&A section of your justrunning account. Assuming there are no outstanding invoices and no ‘active’ runner entries then we can close the account for you, any remaining Credits are non refundable and will become obsolete.
5. If you send a 'referral' email from your justrunning account and as a result a new justrunning account is created, runners entering via that referral account will be able to be contacted by you the referrer for the duration of the entered Event.

1. A staff member from the justrunning partner must attend a mandatory certification session within 30 days of account activation. Failure to comply with the following terms within 30 days of account activation may result in restrictions, suspension, or removal from the justrunning platform at justrunning’s discretion.
2. If the justrunning partner cancels or misses the scheduled session, access to the platform will be restricted until a future session is booked and attended.
3. If the rescheduled session is booked beyond the 30-day window, and a staff member from the justrunning partner fails to attend, the account will be permanently deleted, and the partner must reapply for a new account if they wish to return to the platform.
4. For partners who have purchased credits: If a staff member from the justrunning partner misses or fails to attend more than three booked certification sessions, their credit balance and account activity will be frozen until they successfully attend a certification session.
5. For partners who have purchased credits: If the certification session is not attended within the 90-day window of activation, their account will be permanently deleted. Any remaining credits at the time of closure are non-refundable and runners acquired through credits will be removed from any events.
6. A staff member from the justrunning partner must book and attend at least one justrunning support session per year. Failure to attend within the year may result in justrunning restricting or deleting the justrunning partner 's account due to non-compliance.
7. The justrunning partner must promote justrunning events using the provided marketing materials to attract fundraisers and engage supporters. If the justrunning partner does not actively promote the events as agreed, justrunning reserves the right to freeze or suspend account activity until the agreed promotional terms are met.
8. The justrunning partner must purchase a minimum of 100 credits within 30 days of account activation. If the justrunning partner does not meet this requirement, the 50 complimentary credits provided will be removed.
9. If the justrunning partner uses the 50 complimentary credits to acquire a runner but does not purchase a minimum of 100 additional credits within 30 days of account activation, justrunning reserves the right to freeze, suspend, or delete the partner from the platform, resulting in a potential black listing from future applications. The runner acquired through the complimentary credits will be removed from the event.
10. If any of the agreed-upon terms are not met within the times allocated, justrunning reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the platform until compliance requirements are fulfilled.
11. If the justrunning partner fails to meet all agreed-upon requirements within one year of account activation, the account will be permanently deleted. Any remaining credits at the time of closure are non-refundable.

2. You consent to the use of your information with our privacy policy
3. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions
